On the courtyard, perpendicular with the building and parallel with the harbour entrance, stands a concrete wall, which, amongst other things, hides the air vents from the basement parking place. The wall is decorated with 25 reliefs in glass castings, covering 9 square meters in all. The surface is sculpted with hammer and chisel, and the reliefs are illuminated from behind with blue light of the same shade as is used in the entrance hall of the building.
The central office was built in 2002, architects AI-Gruppe.
